Because all of our products are perishable foods, they cannot be returned.
We include iced packs at our discretion on orders that may require them. However, we’re unable to issue refund/replacement if chocolate bars or chocolate cookies are melted during transit. Please choose express shipping at checkout or shop at a cooler time.
However, some exceptions may apply, such as receiving a wrong, damaged or defective perishable item, please contact us within 24 hours from receiving your order, with your order information, an explanation of the issue, pictures and whether you prefer a refund or replacement.
