"In 2013, our young olive grower plants 8600 olive trees from Greece and Spain right next to the older orchard of Château Panisse and its traditional Provencal varieties. An early harvest and the know-how of this young olive grower have created a fresh olive oil with skillfully measured bitterness and intensity. The choice of the best Greek & Spanish varieties "adopted" in Provençal soil, allows an original and promising assembly.

The estate of 5000 olive trees is located in the heart of Provence, at the extremities of the Alpilles between Arles and Tarascon. This place, privileged by its light, sunshine and blue sky where the Mistral wind blows, is ideal for the olive trees which also benefit from a very rich alluvial soil.
